Festival Entry

The best way to speed up your entry is to arrive prepared.

Before you leave home, make sure you have your QR codes ready, either as screenshots or saved to your digital wallet, your phone is fully charged, and you know which tickets you have purchased. The more people who arrive prepared, the shorter the queues will be for everyone.

Your QR codes are attached to your ticket confirmation email.

For the quickest entry, we recommend either:

  • Taking a screenshot of each QR code, or
  • Adding your tickets to your digital wallet.

Avoid relying on searching your inbox when you reach the front of the queue.

If your QR codes are not appearing, you have two options:

  • Log in to the ticketing platform where you purchased your tickets and retrieve them from your account.
  • Email info@summers-end.com explaining that you cannot see your QR codes and we will resend your tickets.

Once you have received them, we recommend saving them to your wallet or taking screenshots.

No problem. Email info@summers-end.com with your name and the email address you used to make the booking.

If you may have used more than one email address, please include all possible addresses and we will locate your booking and resend your tickets.

No. Digital tickets are absolutely fine. We simply recommend saving them to your digital wallet or taking screenshots so they are easy to access.

A few simple things make a big difference:

  • Save your QR codes before you travel.
  • Turn your phone brightness up before you reach the scanning point.
  • Make sure your phone is charged.
  • If you are arriving as a group, try to stay together.
  • If you have already collected your wristband, head straight to security when you arrive.

Every little bit helps keep everyone moving.

Security checks are there to help keep everyone safe and ensure everyone has the best possible festival experience.

Thank you in advance for your patience and cooperation while our security team gets everyone into the festival as quickly and safely as possible.

Social Purpose & Sustainability

We are committed to minimising waste, using local suppliers, and promoting public transport. More details on our green plan will follow but this will include a ban on single use plastics.

Community & Residents

Our aim is to drive footfall onto Brechin High Street. Similar events in other locations bring over £1m of extra revenue into the local community over a weekend, and that is our goal. We are working closely with Angus Council, Police Scotland, and residents to minimise disruption. Shuttle buses, parking controls, and stewarding will all help keep traffic flowing.

The festival site is being professionally managed, with sound limits agreed with the council and professional sound systems that push the noise into the audience not the town. Music will finish by 11pm each night. We have an after party planned on Saturday night in the Big Top tent for reduced numbers which will end at 1am.

Absolutely. From volunteering opportunities to fundraising stalls and discounted tickets for Friday's locals-only night, we want Brechin and Angus residents at the heart of the event. Please get in touch via our contact form.
